The Landscape of Uttaranchal is amazingly beautiful. This state has wide diversity of landscape. It starts from North Indian Gangetic plains to Foot hill forests, then lower himalayan lush green meadows and after that snow capped peaks. Valley of flowers is a place located in this amazing state where you find wide diversity of wild Flowers. During monsoon season. From November to April this place is usually covered in snow. As summer progresses in Mainland of India, heat starts thawing of snow. By June the land is free of snow and little herbs start growing.
