A mechanical engineer by qualification, a web designer by profession and a cook by hobby and heart, Ashwin has the ability to hop on his bike any time a bike trip is mentioned. He currently is associated with the Web Designing Division of Tekdi but, knows whats cooking and needs to be cooked in the treks. He has good trekking experience in Sahyadri. He also loves to grow different fruits in his terrace garden.

Shridhar Joshi
A person, who is 50 but never seems to be more than 25, Lalya is one of the experienced trekker around. Known for doing a lot of expeditions as well as a systematic planner, he is in the trekking hobby for Atleast the past 30 yrs of his life. Shridhar utilises his vast experience in the mountains to lead climbing experiences. His experience does not limit to the Himalaya, Sahyadri or Indian Jungles but has traveled to the most of the continents of the world. Rappelling, Rock Climbing, anything related to technical mountaineering, he's the guy.

Pinakin Karve a.k.a. Tally
Another engineer, Pinakin belies his portly figure with the stamina of a mountain goat. He is one of those chaps who can climb just about anything. His vast knowledge about the natural world is often highly appreciated by trekkers who can catch their breath while he looks at some 'interesting'. Also our Chief Accountant.

Himangi Chhatre a.k.a. HG
Also an engineer, Hg is one of the behind-the-stage persons. Her support is invaluable in every programme you go for, but you'll never find her hogging the limelight. Her small, frail figure is perfect for climbing those tough rock patches, and she's a 'natural'. Himangi also has traveled a lot in Sahyadri.

Parth Lawate a.k.a. Sir
Yet another engineer(we can start an engineering college here), Parth is also a part of the Web Services division. He knows, html and Joomla as he knows the Himalayan passes and the Sahyadri forts. He has traveled far and wide and he is also one of the driving forces behind the start of the Tekdi Pune group. His experience in the trekking field make him a an invaluable resource in trek planning. He is the person to discuss the history of each and every fort in Sahyadri.

Manali Kumthekar a.k.a. stop'n'go
A qualified, “A” grader from the NIM, basic mountaineering course, By qualification she is MBA. She’s always there to present a opinion from a critique’s point of view, which is appreciated by the other leaders while planning. A knowhow about the technicalities of trekking and her experience in the Himalaya and Sahyadri, helps her to explain others the rights and wrongs of trekking. Now one of the core leaders who can lead tons of treks, one week after another, with not a bead of sweat on her brow.
