25th July will be last date for full and final payment .

Meeting Point and time: It will be explained 10 days before the departure date to those who have actually registered for the Trek.
Also A pre-trek meeting will be conducted in which all things will be explained. The post trek meeting will be announced on 26th July'08

1. Fitness-Regular exercise 4 to 6 months before trek recommended
2. Porterage- Porters to carry individual luggage during actual trek route can be hired by individuals at lukla for own comfort
3. Lodging- Trekkers lodge on sharing basis
4. Sickness- On this trek if you get sick or unable to walk further you will have to stay back. The batch will continue & on back journey you can join the batch
6. The leaders decision will be final as far Safety & health problems of participants
